Kellerhals Carrard advised the founders and Neustark, a pioneering climate technology company based in Berne and known for its innovative solution to permanently sequester CO₂ from the air in recycled mineral waste, in its landmark investment and strategic cooperation agreement with Holcim. 
 
This strategic alliance underscores Neustark’s unwavering commitment to advancing sustainable solutions for carbon removal. By harnessing Holcim’s substantial investment, Neustark aims to accelerate the widespread adoption of its groundbreaking technology. In a momentous development, Neustark and Holcim have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement, with Holcim taking an active role in integrating Neustark’s cutting-edge equipment into its recycling facilities across the globe. 

The collaboration represents a significant milestone in the global deployment of Neustark’s innovative technology, perfectly aligned with their shared objective of permanently eliminating 1 million tonnes of carbon emissions by 2030. This ambitious target signifies a substantial stride towards a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future.
