Kellerhals Carrard on the sale of Natural Reisen and BikeHoliday

Globetrotter Group has acquired Natural Reisen, the company that also includes the BikeHoliday brand, one of the leading providers of cycling holidays in Switzerland. The transaction has retroactive effect as of 1 January 2022. With this addition, the Globetrotter Group will thus comprise 13 companies.

Natural Reisen operates a travel agency in Biel and Murten and employs a total of twelve people. Owner and managing director Christoph Bührer was looking for a long-term successor plan for his company. For him, the merger with the Globetrotter Group is an ideal solution for the future orientation and strengthening of Natural Reisen. In addition, synergies are created within the Globetrotter Group.

Kellerhals Carrard has advised the shareholders of Natural Reisen and Bike Holiday on the sale.The deal has been led by partner Thomas Bähler (pictured) and counsel Kathrin Enderli.
