Sandro Piffaretti acquires all the shares in Swiss Automotive Group (SAG) – one of Europe’s largest suppliers in the independent automotive spare parts industry- held by the previous minority shareholder Olivier Métraux. A new team of successful Swiss entrepreneurs acquires a stake in SAG with the aim of actively supporting SAG in the long term. Sandro Piffaretti remains the majority shareholder.
