Kellerhals Carrard signs digitally with Skribble

Kellerhals Carrard is among the first Swiss law firms to use Skribble, a system which allow you to sign without Usb stick or card reader with the highest e-signing standard. The law distinguishes between qualified e-signatures (Qes) and advanced e-signatures (Aes). The two standards vary in terms of area of application and legal weight.

With Skripple all contractual parties sign digitally online, instead of sending contracts by post, saving in this way a lot of time. The option of digital signature folder is also possibile, basically finishing the pile with only one signature. Furthermore, entries with authorities can be made online: Kellerhals Carrard specifies, “from changes to the commercial register to court submissions: Printing, sending and scanning are no longer necessary”.
