Kellerhals Carrard strengthens Executive Board in Zurich

Kellerhals Carrard Zurich has expanded its Executive Board from three to four persons. This is both in recognition of the firm’s major growth in recent years and to initiate a generation shift. 

Cornelia Stengel (pictured left top) was additionally elected to the Executive Board of Kellerhals Carrard Zurich. She will take over the newly created department for communication & marketing. Daniel Lengauer (managing partner, HR, pictured right bottom), Daniel Alder (finance, IT, pictured left bottom) and Peter Schatz (compliance, know how, pictured right top) will remain on the Executive Board with the same responsibilities. 

Daniel Alder is a partner and a specialist in intellectual property and labor law. He is keen on championing ethical, aesthetic, and technical values. Managing partner Daniel Lengauer advises national and international clients on m&a transactions, corporate law as well as financial market and capital market law. He is recognized by the SIX Swiss Exchange as qualified issuer representative for equity and debt securities. Partner Peter Schatz heads the litigation department at Kellerhals Carrard Zurich. He has broad experience in litigation of all kinds. He regularly organizes representation, instruction and communication with local trial lawyers abroad for Swiss clients, especially in the Anglo-American region. An attorney specializing in financial market and data protection law, Cornelia Stengel is a partner at the Zurich’s office. She possesses particular experience in the legal analysis of new products, systems and technologies on the financial market, and advises innovation projects relating to digitalization, payment systems, FinTech, Blockchain/DLT and data policy.
