Kellerhals Carrard with Swiss start-up ViboTec on closing of Financing Round

ViboTec, the provider of an AI-based virtual advertising system for live sports, closes its seven-digit Seed Financing Round with Fraunhofer Tech Transfer Fund FTFF und the industry investors Dr. Nico Brunner, Hans-Milovan Halhuber and Bernd Scheweling.

Kellerhals Carrard advised ViboTec and its shareholders in the transaction with a team comprised of Thomas Bähler (pictured left) and Michèle Remund-Ludwig (pictured right).

ViboTec is a Swiss company and the exclusive rights holder of the system for virtual LED perimeter board technology developed by Fraunhofer. ViboTec distributes and markets the technology together with their partners worldwide.
