Kellerhals Carrard with BKW on the majority stake’s acquisition in HelveticWind

Kellerhals Carrard advised BKW as lead counsel on the majority stake’s acquisition in HelveticWind.
With the doubling of its shareholding, BKW now holds a majority stake of 60 per cent in the HelveticWind cooperation.

The co-operation, which has existed since 2010, operates wind farms in Germany and Italy. BKW is thus expanding its portfolio of renewable energies and will continue the cooperation in future together with EKZ (Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich). The other existing partners are withdrawing from the co-operation.
