Kellerhals Carrard with Chartered Investment on FIDLEG issuance prospectus of Opus

Opus (Public) Chartered Issuance SA, Luxembourg, joins deritrade as an issuer for structured products. Opus invests the proceeds from the issuance in financing instruments of various financing partners, depending on the selection of the deritrade customer, thus offering investors a tailored counterparty risk.

In this context, Opus (Public) Chartered Issuance has prepared a new FIDLEG issuance prospectus for structured products under Swiss law and developed an associated innovative security mechanism.
