Kellerhals Carrard advised the shareholders of GHZ Gewerbe und Handelszentrum Schlieren, as Swiss Life acquired all shares in the company.
GHZ is the owner of the Wagi site in Schlieren, a business location hosting around 250 companies and institutions from the life sciences sector.
