Kellerhals Carrard with Kaspar& on sale to Liberty Vorsorge

Kellerhals Carrard advised Kaspar&, a specialist in white-label and B2B solutions for financial institutions, on the sale of all shares in the company to Liberty Vorsorge, a Swiss independent provider of pension and vested benefits solutions.

Pursuant to the deal, Liberty Vorsorge integrates Kaspar& as an independent subsidiary.
