Kellerhals Carrard with Maestrani on production infrastructure deal
Kellerhals Carrard advised Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen on taking over the production infrastructure for chocolate-coated marshmallow treats (Schokoladenküsse) from Chocolat Ammann.
The context
Pursuant to the acquisition, the Swiss family-owned company further expands its brand portfolio, already including Munz, Minor, and Avelines.
Maestrani is expected to begin production of the chocolate-coated treats in Q3 2025.
