Kellerhals Carrard with P&F on P&F Immobilien II sale to SFP

Kellerhals Carrard advised P&F Immobilien on its internal reorganization and the subsequent sale of all shares in P&F Immobilien II to SFP Retail.

The deal’s object, P&F Immobilien II, is a Basel-based real estate portfolio company holding seventeen properties across Switzerland. Closing of the transaction took place on 9 December 2025.
