Kellerhals Carrard with PubliBike on acquisition by VE1
Kellerhals Carrard advised PubliBike as the Swiss bike-sharing company has been acquired by British investment fund VisionEdgeOne (VE1). The value of the transaction wasn’t publicly disclosed.
The company’s current CEO, Markus Bacher, will remain at the helm of the company and keep a minority share. With exception for Bacher, all former shareholders will cede their stake.
The buyer, VE1, already holds Inurba Mobility, a bike-sharing service operating across France, Poland, and Finland.
