Kellerhals Carrard with Seprify on CHF 12.25 m series A funding

Kellerhals Carrard advised Seprify on a CHF 12.25 million series A financing round. Headquartered in Marly, Seprify engineers cellulose at the micro- and nano-scale to create materials capable of replacing titanium dioxide (TiO₂).

Una Terra Early Growth Fund led the funding round, which saw participation from Inter IKEA Group, Zürcher Kantonalbank, Cambridge Enterprise Ventures, Kickfund and other circular-economy investors.

Last fall, Kellerhals Carrard supported the company as it started a collaboration with Oterra, a spcialist in natural colours for the food and beverage industry.
