Kellerhals Carrard with Von Rundstedt on services expansion moves
Kellerhals Carrard advised outplacement consultancy firm Von Rundstedt Switzerland on becoming part of the Alixio Group as well as integrating the OTP Group. The operations lead to an expansion of Von Rundstedt’s services toward HR consulting, interim management and new placement.
The context
Alixio Group is a French HR service provider. Its CEO Pascal Scheiwiller will take over the overall management of the Swiss group.
“For us, this investment is not primarily about growth, but rather about increasing customer value so that we can provide our customers with more holistic support for their changes” – commented Scheiwiller on the transaction.
