Kellerhals Carrard advised Vsquared Ventures in connection with its role as lead investor on a CHF 3.4 million seed financing round for AlphaLum, a Lausanne-based deep-tech company founded as a spin-out from ams Osram’s corporate incubator and specialised in augmented reality displays and optical sensors.
