Kellerhals Carrard’s new partners and counsels for 2026

Kellerhals Carrard started 2026 with eight promotions in the books. Namely, the firm appointed partner Rehana Harasgama (Zurich), counsel Andreas Hösli (Zurich), partner Michel Morelato (Lugano), partner Tanguy Peter (Geneva), partner Cendrine Rouvinez (Lausanne), partner Lea Ruckstuhl (Zurich), counsel Céline Schmid (Zurich), and partner Luana Stämpfli (Zurich).  Here is a brief recap of their profiles.

Rehana Harasgama

Rehana Harasgama is a specialist in data, technology and information law. She regularly advises on data protection and cybersecurity matters including the design of data governance and compliance frameworks, cross-border disclosures, privacy-by-design in emerging technologies and new business models, data-driven M&A transactions and data breach response planning.

Andreas Hösli

An expert in sustainability law (ESG), with a specific focus on climate law, Andreas Hösli advises companies, boards of directors, NGOs, and public sector institutions on sustainability, regulation, and transformation. His expertise encompasses litigation and white collar crime.

Michel Morelato

Michel Morelato’s  expertise covers all aspects of domestic and international tax law for Swiss and foreign corporations and private clients. His practice also spans the field of corporate law, in the context of restructuring of corporate groups and in employment law matters.

Tanguy Peter

Tanguy Peter advises and represents private and institutional clients in various areas of Swiss and international tax law, including the negotiation of tax packages, corporate restructuring, profit-sharing plans and VAT.

Cendrine Rouvinez

Cendrine Rouvinez works in the judicial department of Kellerhals Carrard’s Lausanne law firm. She represents and assists clients before the courts as well as before administrative and criminal authorities. Her practice encompasses employment law, contract and commercial litigation, civil liability and bankruptcy law.

Lea Ruckstuhl

Lea Ruckstuhl is a specialist in financial market law, with a focus on combating money laundering and terrorist financing. She regularly advises financial intermediaries, in particular, on issues surrounding tax liability, AMLA, and compliance.

Céline Schmid

A specialist in employment law, contract law and M&A transactions, counsel Céline Schmid is a member of the firm’s Startup Desk team.  Moreover,Schmid regularly advises Swiss and international companies from all sectors on employee participation programs and migration law matters. Her expertise also spans real estate and tenancy law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters.

Luana Stämpfli

Luana Stämpfli is an expert in national and international M&A and private equity transactions. Her practice also covers venture capital and start-up matters, as well as corporate reorganisations and restructurings, corporate law, and general contractual issues, with a particular focus on joint ventures, partnerships, and shareholder agreements. She is also regularly active in asset deals, employee participation schemes, and up- and cross-stream matters.
