Klingel medical metal acquires MedTech company Ruetschi Group
The shareholders of Ruetschi Group, a Swiss based MedTech company engaged in the development and production of high-tech implants and instruments for the medical industry, have sold their shares to Klingel Medical Metal Group, a portfolio company owned by IK Partners.
Founded in 1960, Ruetschi employs more than 200 people at three production sites in Muntelier (CH), Yverdon (CH) and Renquishausen (DE). Ruetschi is a onestop-shop with expertise in engineering, product innovation and development as well as regulatory requirements. It operates a machine park and serves a number of top MedTech OEM customers.
Through the acquisition, Klingel further strengthens its position as MedTech CMO in Europe and a key partner for its global customer base highest quality requirements.
