Kowema takes over Stadtmühle Schenk as a part of succession plan: the advisor

Stadtmühle Schenk, one of the three largest mills in Switzerland, has found a buyer in Kowema as part of an intended succession planning, which will enable the long-term continuation of the company steeped in tradition. Kowema, which is owned by Swiss pension funds, is taking over the company with all its employees and will continue to run it as an independent company. The previous co-owner and chairman of the board of directors, Stefan Schenk, will remain a member of the board of directors, thus ensuring a sustainable handover of the company to the new owner. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The team
