AAG hires Kristina Larese as new chief compliance officer
American Advisors Group has tapped a veteran financial industry executive and in-house leader Kristina Larese (pictured), to serve as the reverse mortgage lender’s chief compliance officer. The latest in the company’s series of high-profile leadership acquisitions.
Larese brings over 20 years of experience, will take She joins the company following a two-year stint as the head of real estate servicing business risk and controls for the United Services Automobile Association, more commonly known as USAA, a financial services group. Prior to that, she served as the real estate division chief counsel at Fifth Third Bank. Earlier in her career, Larese was an assistant general counsel at PHH Mortgage and a litigation associate at the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based law firm of Shapiro & Kreisman.
Larese is also a volunteer a the Freestore Foodbank, Habitat for Humanity International as well as Wills for Heroes Foundation. She is also a member of the American Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and a speaker and panelist for the National Industry Conferences.
