Lenz & Staehelin: The Kudelski Group in two Sale and Leaseback deals
On September 30 and December 23, 2021, The Kudelski Group entered into two Sale and Leaseback transactions amounting CHF 19 and 75 million for a Group’s satellite office building in Lausanne and the properties hosting its headquarters in Cheseaux, Switzerland. Concurrently with the closing of these sale transactions, the Group entered into two long-term lease agreements for the office buildings, underscoring its strong commitment and anchorage in the region.
The Kudelski Group, specializes in digital security and covers four main business divisions: end-to-end convergent media solutions to the digital entertainment industry, cybersecurity services for enterprise and government bodies, public access solutions and end-to-end IoT design solutions and full-lifecycle services. It is present in more than 32 countries around the world.
