LaPreva acquire Closomat service business from Closemo. The advisors
Schellenberg Wittmer advised LaPreva, a Swiss leading expert in the design and manufacturing of shower-toilets, on the acquisition of the customer base and after-sales business of Closemo, the company behind the pioneering shower-toilet brand, Closomat, in an asset deal.
As of 1 January 2022, LaPreva will provide support for all existing customers and handle the technical maintenance of Closomat units in Switzerland.
