Lawyer Jacqueline Rohrbach new head of human resources at LUKS

The Board of Directors of LUKS Group has elected Jacqueline Rohrbach as the new Head of Human Resources. She will take up her post on 1 October 2023. Rohrbach completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2007, a specialist diploma in mediation in 2015 and a CAS in labour law in 2017. Jacqueline Rohrbach succeeds Barbara Flubacher, who will leave LUKS at the end of May 2023.

Rohrbach has been Director of Human Resources and Member of the Executive Board at the University Psychiatric Services Bern since 2018. After studying law at the University of Zurich, she worked as a lawyer in various law firms and authorities in Zurich before taking up a position at the Swiss Embassy in Manila in the Philippines in 2000. Since 2003, Jacqueline Rohrbach has worked in the field of human resources for national and international companies in the health, education, technology and energy sectors, for several years in Hong Kong (China). In 2007, she completed a master’s degree in business administration, in 2015 a specialist diploma in mediation and in 2017 a CAS in labour law.
