Lenz & Staehelin advises Beiersdorf on real estate acquisition

Beiersdorf AG, the German listed parent behind the luxury brand La Prairie, signed an agreement to acquire the real estate assets of Clinique La Prairie in Montreux, Switzerland. The real estate assets comprise several compounds across more than 23’000m2. The acquisition will reunite the luxury skincare house La Prairie with its historical birthplace. The transaction is subject to the customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed later this year.
