Lenz & Staehelin advises Gyrus Capital on the purchase of Consulcesi

Gyrus Capital has acquired healthcare services business Consulcesi Group alongside its founders and management. The company is leading provider of Continuous Medical Education (CME), digital marketing, data analytics and legal services to the healthcare industry.

Consulcesi addresses the increasing needs for digitalisation within the healthcare industry and offers a unique, integrated solution bridging the gap between healthcare companies and healthcare professionals. Leveraging its industry know-how, Consulcesi will pursue growth through the acquisition and integration of specialist CME content developers with the ambition of becoming the leading pan-European provider of CME content. Consulcesi is headquartered in Balerna (Ticino), with offices across Europe and employs around 650 full time employees.

The Geneva based Gyrus Capital is an investment firm dedicated to transformational investments in the healthcare and sustainability sectors. Gyrus has a focus on complex transactions, with particular focus on corporate carve outs in the €50 million to €500 million range.

Lenz & Staehelin advises Gyrus Capital in this transaction.
