Lenz & Staehelin advises NCAB on the acquisition of db Electronic

NCAB Group, the global full-service supplier of printed circuit boards listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has acquired the German db electronic, based in Waldshut-Tiengen in southern Germany, the db electronic in Switzerland and the db electronic in France. The three companies will be consolidated into NCAB Group.

The db electronic Group is active in the development, production, distribution and trading of printed circuit boards and has a local presence in Germany, Switzerland and France. The acquisition is expected to be Earnings accretive for the NCAB Group in 2023. Synergy effects are expected to arise in the areas of suppliers, payment terms and logistics.
