Nomad Foods announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Findus Switzerland from Froneri International and certain intellectual property from an affiliate of Nestlé for aggregate consideration of approximately 110 million euros on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The transaction is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2021.
