Lenz & Staehelin advises Sika on bond issue of up to CHF 650 m

Sika has placed bonds in a total amount of CHF 650 million, consisting of three tranches on 6 March 2023. The payment date of the new bonds is April 13, 2023 and the new bonds will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. The issue will be led by UBS with Zürcher Kantonalbank as co-lead.

The net proceeds of the bond issuance will be used for the financing of the acquisition of the MBCC Group and for general corporate purposes to support Sika’s growth strategy.
