Tetra Pak announced to have acquired the eBeam development and manufacturing operations from SIX-listed Comet for an undisclosed consideration. This strategic transaction consolidates the development and manufacturing capabilities in Comet with Tetra Pak‘s long-established eBeam development and application engineering for food packaging. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year.
