Lenz & Staehelin advises ODDO BHF in its partnership with Landolt & Cie

ODDO BHF, the Franco-German financial institution, and Landolt & Cie, the oldest private bank in French speaking part of Switzerland, announced the entry into a strategic partnership that will strengthen ODDO BHF’s position on the Swiss private banking market. In the context of the transaction, ODDO BHF will acquire the entire share capital in Landolt & Cie from its existing shareholders, Thierry Lombard and Pierre Landolt, who will reinvest part of the proceeds by acquiring an equity interest in ODDO BHF. The transaction will increase the assets under management of the ODDO BHF group in Switzerland to over CHF 6 billion, making Switzerland the third key market for ODDO BHF, alongside France and Germany.
