Lenz & Staehelin with Félix Badel & Cie in a Competition Commission investigation

Lenz & Staehelin represented Félix Badel & Cie, the Electrical installation company, in the Competition Commission investigation started in 2018 against 8 electricity companies in and around Geneva in relation to public and private tenders. Félix Badel & Cie successfully concluded a settlement with the Competition Commission Secretariat which was approved by the Competition Commission on 27 May 2021.

Lenz & Staehelin team was led by partner Benoît Merkt (pictured) and included Sevan Antreasyan and Johana Cau (all competition).
