Lenz & Staehelin with Vigier Holding on sale of Creabeton Matériaux

Vigier Holding entered into an agreement for the sale of Creabeton Matériaux to Müller Steinag Holding. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the first semester 2021.

The legal team

Lenz & Staehelin acted as legal counsel to Vicat and Vigier Holding in this transaction. In particular, the firm acted with a team including Matthias Wolf (pictured), Roman Graf, Pascal Burgunder, Nicolas Lehmann and Alix Lauener (all corporate/m&a), Fabiano Menghini and Tobias Weber (real estate), Anja Affolter Marino (employment) and Franziska Stadtherr (pensions).

The companies

Creabeton Matériaux is based in Lyss (BE) and was formed in 2000 through the merger of four prior established companies. In 2001, Creabeton Matériaux became part of Vigier Holding. Creabeton Matériaux has a workforce of approximately 380 employees and specializes in prefabrication of concrete products.

Vigier Holding is a Swiss subsidiary of the Vicat Group, the Euronext listed producer of cement, concrete and aggregates.

Müller Steinag Holding is a Swiss building construction company.
