Emmi Group acquires Hochstrasser: the advisors

Lenz & Staehelin and Walder Wyss advised and represented Emmi Group on the acquisition of coffee roaster Hochstrasser.

Lenz & Staehelin dealt with the merger control proceedings before the Swiss Competition Commission.
