Lenz & Staehelin with Harmonic on video business sale to MediaKind
Lenz & Staehelin advised Harmonic, a US corporation listed on NASDAQ and specialised in virtualized broadband solutions, throughout completion of the sale of its video business to MediaKind, a a globally active provider of cloud-based video streaming technology.
The transaction has a value of $145 million, paid entirely in cash.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Harmonic on Swiss law aspects of the transaction, together with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (US law and international aspects) and KPMG (financial and tax advisors).
