Lenz & Staehelin with Huber+Suhner on Ingun Prüfmittelbau
Lenz & Staehelin advised Huber+Suhner as the company signed an agreement to acquire Ingun Prüfmittelbau and Ingun International GmbH including their subsidiaries.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2026. Ingun employs has more than 400 employees across production sites in Europe and Asia.
