Lenz & Staehelin with IFF in pharma solutions business sale
Lenz & Staehelin advised International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in connection with the sale of its pharma solutions business, to French plant-based ingredients specialist Roquette, for total enterprise value of USD 2.85 billion.
The context
Headquartered in NYC, IFF’s global operations spans food, beverage, scent, health and biosciences, science and creativity.
The object of the deal, the company’s pharma solutions business, is active across the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical excipients.
