Lenz & Staehelin with Leverage Shares on ETPs SIX listing

Lenz & Staehelin advised fintech platform Leverage Shares in connection with the recent listing of its new triple-leveraged long and short ETPs on Bitcoin and Ethereum on SIX Swiss Exchange.

The ETPs in question aim at expanding investors’ access to leveraged crypto-asset exposure on a regulated exchange.
