Lenz & Staehelin with Swisscom on competition case win
Lenz & Staehelin has successfully defended Swiss telecom provider Swisscom, in a competition law investigation.
The context
The investigation pivoted around the case by which Swisscom had charged too high prices in various tenders for projects to network company locations as well as towards its competitors for accessing its broadband network infrastructure.
In its decision, the Competition Commission held that Swisscom did not actually abuse a dominant position and therefore did not infringe Competition Law.
