Lenz & Staehelin with Ticketcorner and Hallenstadion before ComCo
Lenz & Staehelin represents Swiss ticketing company Ticketcorner and concert venue Hallenstadion Zürich as, after a judgment of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in 2020, the Swiss Competition Commission has imposed low fines on both entities.
The authority concluded a settlement with Hallenstadion, in which Hallenstadion committed to behavioral measures, and held that Ticketcorner abused a dominant position. The parties may appeal the decision to the Federal Administrative Court.
