Lenz & Staehelin with Unigestion on Kepler Cheuvreux partnership
Lenz & Staehelin advised Unigestion on its strategic partnership agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux. The two parties will collaborate on a new joint asset management company specialising in quantitative strategies for public equities.
The context
Headquartered in Geneva, Unigestion is an international boutique asset manager, specialising in investment solutions for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals all across private equity, equities and wealth management.
In connection with the deal, Unigestion reached a partnership agreement with Paris-based financial services firm Kepler Cheuvreux on the creation of a joint asset management company. The newborn entity will manage over EUR 3 billion in assets.
