Lenz & Staehelin with Vodafone Group on Skaylink acquisition

Lenz & Staehelin advises Vodafone Group as the telecommunication multinational agreed to acquire German digital transformation and security specialist Skaylink Group, primarily from funds managed by private equity firm Waterland.

Closing is planned for the end of March 2026 — subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
