Bär & Karrer with Livesystems in spin-off to shareholders and sale

Livesystems Group, a provider in the digital and analog out of home advertising market, was spun off to the shareholders and then sold to Post CH. 

Bär & Karrer was acting as legal advisor to Livesystems and its shareholders. The team included Ralph Malacrida (pictured), Faton Aliu, Tim Salz, Nico Hunziker (all m&a), Susanne Schreiber, Patrick Schmid, Anke Stumm, Julian Hodel (all tax) as well as Thomas Stoltz and Ignaz Müller (both notarial services).
