Loyens & Loeff advises RRJ Capital on the restructuring of its investment in gategroup

Loyens & Loeff advises RRJ Capital on the Swiss tax aspects of this restructuring, which includes a new money injection provided by gategroup Holding’s shareholders consisting of a combination of equity and a convertible loan. RRJ Capital is a Singapore and Hong Kong based investment firm which focuses on private equity investments in China and South-East Asia.
