Loyens & Loeff appoints Fabian Sutter as new Swiss partner

Loyens & Loeff has appointed Fabian Sutter (pictured) to join the firm as partners with effect from 1 January 2021. At the same time, the firm appointed other six new partnerMichel van Agt, Charlotte Kiès, Pauline Leegwater, Peter Moons, Jérôme Mullmaier, Ehsan Shirzadi.

Fabian Sutter, attorney at law and Swiss certified tax expert, registered with the Zurich bar, is a member of our International Tax Services practice group. He specializes in Swiss and international tax matters with a strong focus on corporate reorganizations, M&A, financing transactions and transfer pricing.
