Loyens & Loeff appoints Fabian Sutter as new Swiss partner
Loyens & Loeff has appointed Fabian Sutter (pictured) to join the firm as partners with effect from 1 January 2021. At the same time, the firm appointed other six new partner: Michel van Agt, Charlotte Kiès, Pauline Leegwater, Peter Moons, Jérôme Mullmaier, Ehsan Shirzadi.
Fabian Sutter, attorney at law and Swiss certified tax expert, registered with the Zurich bar, is a member of our International Tax Services practice group. He specializes in Swiss and international tax matters with a strong focus on corporate reorganizations, M&A, financing transactions and transfer pricing.
