Luca Bozzo is Borel & Barbey’s new managing partner
As of January 1st 2025, Luca Bozzo (pictured) has been promoted to managing partner of the Geneva-based firm Borel & Barbey, which he has been a partner of since 2014.

Before joining Borel & Barbey in 2011, between 2007 and 2010 Luca Bozzo worked as a lawyer at Lenz & Staelin. On the professional side, he advises a significant international clientele primarily comprising entrepreneurs, family offices, and financial institutions in the main areas of corporate law. Luca Bozzo is particularly active in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in financing transactions, and has expertise in all aspects of commercial law. He also supports companies of all sizes, from start-ups to listed companies, in their reorganisation, restructuring, and growth projects. Additionally, Luca Bozzo supervises and coordinates numerous civil and criminal disputes on an international level.
