Chocolatier Favarger sells its Avelines business to Maestrani. The advisors 

Favarger has completed the sale of the Avelines business to Maestrani, both Swiss chocolate producers,  

Favarger sold its Avelines Business to Maestrani which thus enters the praline market. The parties also entered into a license, manufacturing and distribution relationship for the Avelines pralines as well as for other chocolate products branded by Favarger trademarks. 

Mll advised Favarger regarding the sale of the assets and trademarks related to the Avelines business to Maestrani, as well as regarding the entering into a license, manufacturing and distribution relationship by the parties.
