Matthias Kuert becomes partner of CMS von Erlach Partners
Matthias Kuert will become a partner of CMS von Erlach Partners (CMS Switzerland) on 1 January 2023. He advises clients on financial markets law (including capital markets law) and on contract and corporate law matters. In these areas, he also conducts proceedings before state courts, supervisory and criminal authorities.
A particular focus of Matthias Kuert’s practice is advising financial services providers on regulatory law, providing regulatory and contractual advice to companies in the FinTech and Blockchain sectors, advising significant shareholders of listed companies and providing compliance advice under capital markets law. He is a recognised issuer representative on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
His career has been spent at the firm where he was until now senior associate FinTech, financial services regulatory and capital markets.
