MCAM Symalit acquires recycling activities from Minger Kunststofftechnik: the advisor

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials (MCAM), a leading global manufacturer of high performance materials, had announced in February to have entered into an agreement for the acquisition of all the recycling activities of Minger Kunststofftechnik through its Swiss subsidiary MCAM Symalit. With this agreement, MCAM Symalit AG will take over all recycling-related activities and assets, current agreements with customers and suppliers as well as all employees. The transaction was closed on March 31, 2020.
