Bratschi advises Meier Tobler in relation to its new service centre

Meier Tobler, has received approval from the canton of Solothurn for the construction of the new service centre in Oberbuchsiten, which will combine logistics for the entire Meier Tobler Group as well as regional sales and service activities from 2023 and replace the two existing logistics locations in Däniken and Nebikon.

The financing of the new service centre was secured through a “sale and leaseback agreement” with Suva as investor. Suva is expected to become the owner of the new service centre after its completion in summer 2023, and Meier Tobler will lease it back from Suva on a long-term basis. Meier Tobler is responsible for the construction of the future building.
