Credit Mutuel Equity is partnering with somnOO to support the expansion of their hotel portfolio and management platform. This includes providing growth capital and allowing somnOO’s management team to take a stake in the company.

somnOO, an European hotel operator with strong innovative perspective, secures ist expansion of its hotel portfolio and management platform by allowing Credit Mutuel Equity to take a stake in the company. Groupe Fiduciaire Michel Favre advised somnOO on all the Swiss tax and legal issues related to the transaction.
